Narcisse GUYBOLO Parfait is a young Cameroonian passionate social entrepreneur, working full time as the CEO of AGRI-INVEST, and President of CADOSIN. Passionate about positive change in Africa, His engagement in supporting others to thrive is more than a work, it is a passion as demonstrated over the last past 10 Years of his life.
He started his entrepreneurial Journey by creating a youth-led NGO at the age of 16 years old, Named CADOSIN. The nonprofit Organization focuses its efforts on the implementation of community-based projects by prioritizing women and girls empowerment. Through CADOSIN nearly 100 women rural business (traditional and small bakeries, small commerce, farming, etc) were able to secure funding from local Microfinance by redesigning their projects and making it more attractive and bankable. CADOSIN is made of more 5,000 active volunteer members who all together join efforts in making a positive change in their communities.
Born in a rice farming household, he established AGRI-INVEST in 2013 with the aim of responding to broad challenges faces by small farmers of the village, worsen in the context of terrorist threats of Boko Haram.
Mr. Parfait is a 2017 Mandela Washington Fellow Alumni, a US State Department Exchange Program, a 2017 GSBI Alumni, from the University of San Francisco and Political Scientist from the University of Yaoundé 2
